Divemaster

The Divemaster program is much more than a certification; it's the start of an exciting journey. It's the moment you stop being just a diver and start becoming a leader—someone who inspires trust, safety, and, above all, a passion for the ocean. By becoming a Divemaster, you become a true ambassador for diving.

What do you need to start? To begin this adventure with us, you only need 40 logged and verified dives, as well as certifications in Deep Diving, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility (or at least 5 logged dives of experience in each area), and, of course, your Diver Stress & Rescue certification. Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive your Dive Guide title.

Want to take your career further? If your goal is to turn your passion into your profession—guiding certified divers, teaching Ecology programs, assisting instructors, or even preparing to become an instructor yourself—the next step is reaching the Divemaster level with a minimum of 60 logged/verified dives. You can level up immediately or at any time afterward by self-studying the Science of Diving materials and passing the Final Digital Exam. That makes you an official SSI professional!

The world is full of opportunities for highly qualified professional divers. If you are ready to start, come train with us at Blue Dreams Diving. We are waiting for you to help you make your passion your way of life!
