Guaraguao

Located at the western edge of the Cotubanamá National Park, Guaraguao marks the beginning of the spectacular reef system that extends all the way to Saona Island itself.

With a maximum depth of 16 meters, this dive is a true journey through time. During the dive, we will be able to see cannons, cannonballs, and a musket rack rescued from ancient Spanish shipwrecks. In addition, the slight current in the area allows us to drift comfortably while enjoying an amazing spectacle of moving colors.

The soft and hard corals, resting on a white sandy seabed, are home to a huge variety of fish and friendly marine creatures. Since it is such a healthy and well-preserved reef, the visibility here is insane, typically ranging from 30 to 50 meters. So don't forget to bring your camera to capture all this magic!
