Coco Reef

Coco Reef is located just about 500 meters from the shore of the Catalonia Resort, offering a very comfortable and relaxed dive at a depth of around 12 meters.

It is a super diverse and very special dive site for us. Besides enjoying a multitude of colorful fish, beautiful natural formations, and a sunken statue that adds a mysterious touch, here we have the enormous privilege of visiting an authentic "Coral Garden."

This is a wonderful project driven by FUNDEMAR (an organization dedicated to protecting our marine life). As its name suggests, in this underwater nursery, they grow new corals to later replant them on the reef, and they are doing it with incredible success all over the Bayahibe area! It is a beautiful dive full of hope that perfectly matches our vision of caring for and restoring the ocean we love so much.
