Terms and Conditions

At Blue Dreams Diving, we understand that circumstances can change and plans don't always go as planned. You can book in advance, confident that you'll receive a 100% refund if your plans change for any reason, as long as you notify us at least 72 hours before the tour starts. This way, you can enjoy your experience worry-free.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We've developed a risk-free cancellation policy to give you peace of mind when booking. Cancellations must be made 3 days before the scheduled activity departure time to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made on the day or less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.

MEDICAL POLICY

Before participating in any diving activity and/or dive certification training with Blue Dreams Diving, divers must complete a medical form to identify any pre-existing conditions that may affect their safety while diving.

The following medical conditions are potentially hazardous while diving and therefore require medical clearance from a licensed physician:

• History of cardiac surgery, heart disease, heart attack, or stroke
• History of lung surgery, pneumothorax, or collapsed lung
• History of high blood pressure combined with prescription of beta-blockers to regulate hypertension
• Asthma, if the client routinely carries an emergency inhaler
• History of epilepsy, seizures, or fainting
• History of diabetes
• History of diving accident or diving illness (such as DCS)

Blue Dreams Diving reserves the right to refuse a diver's diving experience if we determine that their medical condition is unsafe for diving.
